Conference participants may take advantage of the Rock Springs accommodations OR they may
find their own lodging. In that case, you would just sign up for the “Meals Only” option. All
meals are served buffet style.
Lodging at the conference is in their cottages. All rooms contain a set of two bunk beds and
accommodations for up to four people. We try our best to keep each room to two people, depending on registration numbers- but, if you want to room with more than two people (and, it would be appreciated if you did if we get
good numbers) and can maneuver your way to the top bunk—have at it!!!
We will make every attempt to accommodate roommate requests. Singletons will have the
great opportunity to meet and network with new acquaintances!
You must bring your own linens—there are “Bedding Bundles (top and bottom sheet, pillow,
washcloth and towel) available for purchase during the registration process.
If you choose to forego the cottage lifestyle, there are plenty of hotel choices in town.
